Who we are:

Hi, I'm Chris Metcalfe. I help companies transform their product management function.

I’ve spent 20 years at the intersection of HR, technology, and product management—on both sides of the buyer/vendor relationship. I’ve led internal HR technology teams at large multinational companies (most recently at Primark) and led product teams at Workday and Docebo, building HR tech products that meet real customer needs.
